This large hand-pierced basket is perfect as a centerpiece for fruit, kitchen storage, or a display piece anywhere in your home decor.
Glazed in a glossy ivory layered with delightful polka dots in navy, sky blue, and olive, as well as elegant navy inlay lines. It is truly a special piece.
Process: This is one of few forms that I make from a drape mold of my design, and then individually alter and form. I decorate this large piece with a unique design, hand-cut every pierced shape, and further enhance with layers of underglaze color and inlay deco.

-My work is both elegant AND intended for your use and enjoyment. Handmade pottery can need (and happily, deserves) a little more love to prolong its life than contemporary manufactured ware, so while durable, hand washing is recommended.
