Light up the darkness wherever you can with this porcelain candle/ votive holder that can reside on the wall or tabletop.
Glazed in a glossy light turquoise with a sky blue quatrefoil and polka dots layered with a stylized floral and featuring butterflies as well as a curious spider. Text along the side reads LODESTAR (a star that is used to guide a ship; a person or object that serves as an inspiration or guide).
About, Care, & Hanging:
- Approx. 10 1/2" h x 5 1/2" w x 4 1/2" d; 2 1/2 lbs.
- Hand-built mid-range porcelain w. stamped, underglaze, slip-trail, slip-fondant, underglaze, paper resist, hand-brushed, incised, and inlay deco. The back is unglazed.
- There is a wire 'pin' embedded in the candleholder to stablize a candle or votive in whatever size strikes your fancy.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended. Too tall a lit candle will leave soot on the interior.
- Very easy to clean and insusceptible to humidity and other unkind conditions, so while it's great in any room, it's particularly perfect for the bathroom & kitchen.
- If hanging is desired, a screw (use an anchor if necessary) is all that is needed to hang from the built-in, decorative hanger.
